VDS is really a great programming tool.
I use it less than before (now actively using .NET) but there is always something in my software that is coded in VDS.

For what I tested so far, I saw no issue at all with Windows 8 + VDS.
And yes the color boxes are strange for a desktop.
But overall, Windows 8 performs very well for me.  |

The only thing is when the username and password are passed to the url, it will be clear.
