Ok how 'bout this one. Create a dialog using the dragdrop property. Do
not show it yet. Create another dialog without dragdrop and show it. Now
go back to the first dialog and show it. You lose the drag drop property of
the first dialog. This actually drove me nuts for awhile before I realized it
must be a bug. The example here explains it a little clearer.

It would appear that if you’re using the dragdrop property you must show
that dialog before creating another dialog without dragdrop.

It's present in VDS 4.5 too.

Thanks for checking FF.

This was a big headache ‘till I figured out it was a bug. I actually found
this while upgrading an older app to be DD compatible. I actually had to
release my app flashing the user the wrong screen because there was
just too much code I would’ve had to change.

Hopefully by seeing it here others might save some time.

If you're talking about upgrading code from VDS 2.x, don't forget about
the code converter. Smile

No, I was talking about a previously released application that I was
updating with some additional features. Although, this particular code did
start out in 2.x., it was upgraded (using the converter Smile ) quite a while
ago.

What I meant was that had I known about the bug earlier in the
development of my product I might have been able to make it a little
more presentable to the user, but at this point there was just too much
code I would’ve had to reprogram and my release date would’ve been WAY
off schedule.
