Hi all,
when I use the SNAP dialog style, my dialog jumps across my screen instead of fixen to the left corner of the screen .
What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm... what's your screen resolution? Mine is 1024x768. Perhaps that causes the problem at my computer.

I think it was made to work with 800x600 and 1024x768 but it doesnot work on all display adapters. The amount to which you can move a dialog out of view on each border of the screen on a particular comp decides if it works. I noticeed this working on snap style imitation in VDS 4.x. I don't know the exact technical details as to why it should occur.

I am running an ATI mobility Radeon 7500, and this doesn't work at any of the normal resolutions.

Mine is a Viper V330, and snapping also doesn't work on 800x600... (running Windows XP professional)
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a snap DSU? I don't think such a dsu will be hard to made.

As for the DSU I have already posted a code for VDS 4.x you can use it for vds 5.x also.
http://codescript.vdsworld.com/VDS5src/csNoTitleMoveSnap.zip
I might want to improve the method of getting the metrics further using API before writing a DSU. Also I am still waiting waiting ... for my license to arrive
A fix by CR may be a better solution.

Perhaps it's time for you to get in touch with CR?? They state themselves in their reg confirmation : ".. 48 hours
maximum to receive your registration".
