It would be great to have support for a longer @pipe() return value. I posted something about this earlier, but I don't know if it is fixable in VDS6. The result I get seems limited in length. Perhaps something to do with string length in VDS .... ?
The code below demonstrates it. When I run the program, I get the same (partial) listing of files regardless of how long I wait for a result:
Code: | list create, 1
runh cmd.exe /c dir c:\*.*, wait 1, pipe
list assign, 1, @pipe()
info @count(1)
list clear, 1
runh cmd.exe /c dir c:\*.*, wait 10, pipe
list assign, 1, @pipe()
info @count(1) |
Also, I tried viewing the result in a listbox, and it stops at the same place each time.
Is it fixable? _________________ Joe Floyd |
