I got tired of the same old wallpaper and wanted new, but I didn't feel like searching sites. I decided to make an app that will pull images from the image site Flickr (http://flickr.com). It pulls and sets a random image as wallpaper based on tags that you set. It also has a timer to set at a specified time interval between wallpaper.
There is no install. Just put the flickpaper.exe in it's own folder and run it. Settings are saved in an ini file in the same folder.
Please give it a try and let me know what you think. It's FREE

Re-download and try again. I think I found the problem. _________________ Chris

After you run it, can you check the temp folder for flickpaper. It is located @ %tmp%\Flickpaper.
You should see 3 files, fp.jpg, fp.xml and vdsback.dll
Open the fp.xml file and see if there is anything in it.
Also, here is an update to try as well. http://bit.ly/A1EGr9
Should be version 1.0.0.13 _________________ Chris

Cool. That is what I built it on. I found a few things to fix (timer needed fixed) and will post an update soon.
Thanks _________________ Chris
