I cannot reproduce the error, however I'm using Win-7 and VDS-6 and compiling it as VDS-5. Sorry I no longer have the older version 5 for testing...

Thanks for the effort! Very Happy

I've decided that even though it requires taskkill to be called, that's fine. I just can't have the process eating up memory when people are done with my proggies! I just hope MS doesn't decide to rename taskkill in the future. "Let's call it btaskkill now, just to annoy devs! Better yet, let's drop the utility altogether! That's what we'll do...."

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and it works fine for me. Are you using the command DynPos Free at the close of your program?

Uh...no Embarassed

I can't find the script I was working on but...

In the provided example compiled I see that the task does end.

Thanks! Works like a charm Wink

Now I wonder if I can get it to work with my new dsu RFC at http://www.vdsworld.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5154

I just realized my old download link was to a domain I no longer operate. Download links have been revised and now point to an active server... Embarassed
