hi all,

i recently came across what seems like a great service...and FREE!!!

http://www.changedetection.com/ you can "enrol" with them and they will send you code to add to your web site so that your web site visitors can activate from your web site whether they want to be informed automatically of any changes to your web site...a great way for them to be notified by email that there is something new at your web site

you can also enrol to be notified of any changes to any web site you choose...i have done so with www.dialogscript.com ... this way i will know automatically if they have made any changes there eg. new release, information update,...

i have just enrolled so i can't say how good the whole thing is as yet...but it sounds promising
