Hi all, I have a little project which requires me to collect email from an online source and then archive them into a MYSQL database.

I am getting a syntax error "1064" when I try to send a query containing HTML formated or very large email body.

Is there a maximum packet size for the Mysql dll ?
or is there a better way of doing this ?

I know I can up the Packets allowed on Server side but I'm not sure that the size is a problem and have not ruled out possiblity of problem being cuased by HTML tags in email body.

Can anyone please please help on this as my project has stalled now for 2 weeks
