How would I be able to enable/disable internet access with VDS?
Does anyone know of an API call for that or a DLL?

Marty,
Are you asking to turn off your Network connection all together or just setting the users browser to work Offline?

I think he means intercept and stop all access as firewalls have an option to?

Yes block ALLinternet access, like closing all ports...for example.
I basically want to control internet access on a machine..
Network connections yes..  |
