Hello all,

Since there is not very much activity on the forum these days, I played a little with some encrypting routines and made up one of my own... Smile I found out how to put an (invisible) message into a normal text, so that if people don't know the text contains a hidden message, they also can't try to find it... Smile

I have included a ZIP file with three different (famous) speeches which all include the same hidden message. Except for hiding the text into the speeches, no other encrypting routines are used.

Let's see who finds the message first... Smile

Three TXT files with a secret message

It's a simple trick, the ASCII chart has got two different codes for a space (normal space and non-breaking space) which I used to write binary data. You can use this to put a hidden message into an E-mail, into a text file, whatever you want. As long as somebody who intercepts your message doesn't know it contains a hidden message, he can't do a thing with it... Smile

Here are some small scripts I put together. Please be aware that the variable names and comments are in Dutch, but it should still not be too hard to understand... Smile

Skit,
The decode.dsc is not decoding the 3 encoded *.txt files in the zip file that you posted earlier? Attached is a screenshot of the output from the decoder.

Oops, you are right. With the TXT examples I didn't use the @encrypt() function, so if you remove the following line from decode.dsc, it should work... Smile

Code:
%%Output = @encrypt(%%Output,12345)
