Anyone know if Dr. Dread is still about?

I purchase his commercial string dll, and just want to make sure i get a license...

users seem to be dying of this board very quickly....

this all comes down to the fact that VDS6 is still Vapourware Wink, which is sad...

and what was a great buzzing, thrievning community and forum is now turning into the sarah desert, baron and lifeless....

Regards

Nathan

Just a quick reply....

Dr. Dread, very quick response. Thank You...

My other commetns stand though... its a shame about the bleak future of VDS...

I really do love the language and the community, but its getting close for me to consider finishing with VDS all together...

Yeah, I'm still about.

Not often any more, though. Sadly, as you and many others have said, VDS seems to be dying off slowly. Insane

I still use VDS for some small projects. But for larger projects I have moved development off to Delphi, because
I really don't want to spend numerous hours coding in VDS and then run the risk of encountering some bug or Vista
incompatibility etc. which I cannot fix myself and which probably won't ever be fixed by Commercial Research (or
just within any remotely reasonable time frame anyway).

No clue

Greetz
