Does anyone knows how to send programs or stuff like that to your TI-83 Calculator using VDS?

Hi Vic,
What kind of connection does your TI-83 calc connect to your PC with? If it connects through the comm port or printer port then you should be able to use the Input/Output part of the vdsdll package to read and write directly to those ports. If your calculator uses USB or some other connection then you will have to wait. I am looking at building a general purpose device driver that would allow us access to the low-level hardware parts of the PC. So until that is ready your only other option would be if your Calculator allows a comm port or printer port connection.

The Texas Instruments TI-83 calculator could be connected to the PC in a variety of ways,
for example parallel or serial. Implementing something with VDS to work with the parallel
port implementation may not work out as VDS is unsuitable to time things accurately. The
serial interface might work but you would have to use the VDSSERIO DLL from the VDSDLL 3
or many API calls using Gadget. Both of these DLLs are shareware, so Vic, I'm afraid this
isn't something for you.

Plenty of programs already exist for this purpose, it's probably almost no use building another
