Fix the behavior of the #tscriptwin goto combo.

After you jump to an event, then you drop down to get a new event it resets back to index 0, to where as it should preserve your previous index.

I agree with you cnodnarb about the need to fix it - i had to give up on a feature for one of my programs because of this "bug" - gggrrrr!!!!
