Hi tim,
See if this helps:
Code: | registry write,HLM,SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update,UpdateMode,0|0,binary |
You should only have to run this once per machine...

i notice to if you uses a @filedlg() to select a file and you leave that window open...and you delete the file it will still show its there unless you close out the vds program....
any way to fix that or no? _________________ Have a nice day |

I believe you may have to change the type to dword for some older OS's, but I am not certain...

I'm not quite certain I understand your question... Are you leaving the @filedlg() window open, or the VDS parent window open? Where does it still show?

I think i got the @filedlg() fixed
even after i added this:
registry write,HLM,SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update,UpdateMode,0|0,binary
i still have to refreash the folder any other ideas?

pressing the key F5 usually refreshes things - can you get vds to do that?
