IF i wanted to check to see if Internet Explorer is running and then be able to Terminate or close it.
I would like to do this no matter what website they were on or what the title of the window is!
ANy ideas

As far as I remember the window class name of MSIE is #IEFRAME and you might
use that to control a MSIE window through the WINDOW SEND command.

That should close your browser window.
If you suspect that there are more than one instance open, you can check for
the existence like this:

repeat
if @winexists(#IEFRAME)
%A = yes
window SEND,#IEFRAME,@ALT(@KEY(F4))
else
%A = no
end
until @equal(%A,no)

That should close the windows one by one.
