The new Support Line for VDS5 is cool, I was talking to a guy who gave a some good advice.

And i was informed there will be a VDS5 patch available within the month for VDS5 bugs & fixes Very Happy

i'm not sure about that skit...i used it to enquire about price upgrades and that was free...but i remember reading somewhere that technical support is not free... you will need to check out the vds site for more details

I doubt a free chat like that would be added to vdsworld, it requires atleast 1-2 people to constantly wait for any new requests for assistance and I don't think anyone really is willing to do that all day long to answer scripting questions and not being paid Sad

DialogScript.com support is just that, quick support help with pre-sales and any questions as to if vds can do something. Any help at all with scripts/code requires an hourly charge - premium support.
