Hi all,

does anyone knows if it's possible to make dialog elements transparent as well? (shapes, gradients, etc)

Thanks in advance,
Vic

Not sure, but, you may be able to do it by getting the handle of the control and modify the script from this post. I can't test it as I am on 89SE.

Hi Vic
I don't think much luck there atleast now Sad.
All the API's I know that can achieve something like that require more than 8 parameters in at least one of them. As far as I know VDS won't support currently/near future Crying or Very sad

UpdateLayeredWindow 9 parameters
CreateWindowEx 12 parameters
BitBlt 9 parameters
AlphaBlend 10 parameters

So I can't find a way out apart from a dll. Does any one have any ideas to get around this without a dll ?

Regards

Hey LiquidCode, use your Gadget to bypass VDS 5 limits... I know its an external DLL, but hey its so good. Wondering why all VDS users don't have it... Oh well... Very Happy
