Is there a dll which can block tcp connections?
I want to make an app to block addresses.

Not sure, but the VDSTCP50.DLL (?) might be able to do this.

If you are looking for a browser with capabilty to block certain URLs then you can take a look at VDS browser element of VDS 5. You have functions to do that:

Im not looking for a browser, just the ability to block onnections.

This DLL comes with a port monitor that acts as a simple personal firewall. I think that is what you want to do here Question
