How can I retrieve the following:

Computer IP Address:

DHCP Server IP Address:

Gateway IP Address:

This are assigned by the DHCP Server. Which can be different.

Any ideas?

I know how to obtain the Computer IP Address, but the other two?

Nathan

Try running "nbtstat -n" in a MS-DOS window, is that what you need? If so, just use the "run" command with the @pipe() function... Smile

Skit I think you made a typo, it should probably be "netstat -n"

Not sure if I totaly understand your question but if it's the ip,gateway and dhcp server address. Then this works ipconfig /all from the command prompt. works on nt based platforms.

You have both the "netstat" and the "nbtstat" command... Smile But I think bbelcher's way is the best solution for Rubes_sw... Smile

for windows 95 / 98 it's winipcfg but it's a gui type of interface. Give it a try.

Ipconfig is a console version of winipcfg... or maybe it's the other way around. Winipcfg is the GUI version of ipconfig. Ipconfig is included with all versions of Windows.
