Can Alloy keep the original Subfolders?
I just tryed Alloy, but I don't know how to get the origional SubFolders in the EXE.
All files extract mixed together..
Also, I keep getting 'cannot create test.EXE ERROR (when I try to put several files from different folders - some files are about 4 MB in size)
Maybe I'm just doing something wrong. |

Maybe its a limitition of being un-registered.
Does anyone have the un-registered Alloy list of things unregistered can't do? |

Hello you cannot include folders in Alloy. You can only include files and files can only be extracted to 3 directories:
TEMP DIR
WINDOWS DIR
SYSTEM DIR
The only limitation in Alloy in unregistered mode is that files included are NOT compressed and that you are not allowed to distribute the exe to anyone until Alloy is purchased. |

ok
I have 14 files consisting of about 15 megs.
(1) .EXE
(2) .rtf
(11) .wdg
But the files I tried were not compressed, and I still get the same ERROR.
But when I do a few more each time(till I get all files), it worked.
Sounds like a simple bug somewhere in timing, maybe.. |
