I used "Variable counter.EXE" from Sade a lot for VDS 4.5 as a way to housekeep all my variable names and import/export to other programs etc.,

Is there a version for VDS5.01? Or something similar?

Thanks in advance!

I believe that there is a 'complimentary package' for VDS 5 as there was
for VDS 4, with all the tools that VDS 4 came with when you registered.
However, the package for VDS 5 hasn't been sent out yet and a registered
users area does not exist yet. But that is due to the slight company issues
CR is having, and I'm sure it will be available soon. In the meantime,
maybe you could try and either write a script (the tool was written in VDS)
to do this, or try the following (I don't know if this will work since I didn't
try it):

Variable List Wizard:
