I have a very strange problem, when i compile a script it is running fine on my machine even it is on a shared drive in the network but it won't run on an other machine, the strange thing is that if a copy VDSRUN50.DLL into the program directory it even won't run on my machine. Do i need to copy an other file with the dll???

Bart, do you have the right version of the VDSRUN50.DLL file? It could be possible that you have the latest one on your own machine, and that you also compiled your program to use this latest version, but that the other computer doesn't have it yet. Try to run the program with the VDSRUN50.DLL file which is located in the "Visual DialogScript 5\redist" folder... Smile

Ahum......... i had the version 5.0.0.100, i downloaded from the web version 5.0.2.120 and now it works fine.

The vdsrun50.dll file needs to be on the other machine in the network
if you plan on running the program from the other computer, but off
of the network drive.

PC A holds the program on a network drive.

PC B wants to run the program off of PC A's shared drive. But needs
the runtime file on PC B before the program can be run.
