Is it possible to select individual columns or highlight whole rows?

I don't believe with VDS 5 alone you can do that, but you may be able to
with either VDSGUI.DLL or VDSLISTS.DLL

you can select rows by using an api call that codescript has put together in his table set of api's for tables

have a look for it at www.vdsworld.com - can't think off hand what it is called
