i am now running xp at home on my desktop and was wondering how to test vds programs under a different language than english which is what i am using

i tried setting the regional settings to french and using @datetime(dddd) it still returned "thursday" instead of "jeudi"

the weird part is that the system tray showed the week day and the month in french but @datetime(dddd) returned the day in english and not french

how can i set windows to, say, french so that i can test a vds program as though a french person was using it on their french windows?
