You're right. Thanks. I'm a bit desperate here and trying to make something happen after several people have invested some considerable time just trying to complete what should be a simple transaction. I'll stick to one thread.

You noted in one of your threads that you already requested a refund. Well I contacted CR and asked them to look into your license issue. If you indeed requested a refund you definately will not receive a license since they cannot find you in their database of customers. You should promptly repurchase the software in order to receive a license.

Yes, as PGWARE has said, you will have needed to purchase the software
first and not request a refund, or you will not receive your software license.

Please be aware that it is not a fully automated process and you cannot
expect your key delivery to arrive instantly.
