It is true that the owner of VDS has had health issues over the last
year, and this has played a significant part in the delay of VDS 6 and
also caused issues with getting any email replies regarding VDS.

But fret not, as VDS is not dead and has no intentions of just laying down
with legs straight up.

I have had contact with the owner and he has said that he is just
overwhelmingly behind in everything right now due to the time lost during
his health issues.

VDS 6 is on it's way, but severely behind schedule...

I'll see if I can get an approximate release date the next time I get in
contact with him.

Regarding registrations not received recently. He has not received any
orders from 2CO recently. If anyone has ordered recently and did not
receive a registration, please get with 2CO to find out what their hold up
is.

I have had an email from ED, the owner of VDS. The good news is that he is much better, and back at work full time. The not so good news is that he has a lot of catching up to do with his other work, and estimates about 10 days work to be done on VDS 6. I informed him of the issues that have been found with VDS 5 under Vista. But we can really only just hope that he can manage to get VDS 6 ready for release sooner rather than later.
