I tried twice recently to call the bird and didn't receive an answer. Perhaps it's because Garrett strangled it...

I just had a tweet from the birdie. It seems that release is still several weeks away, and it is likely that it will be released to a few selected beta testers before it becomes available to everyone. So it may well be out by Christmas ... 2007!

In VDS6 the dialog <id> may also be the window identifier of the dialog, its class name or its title bar text.

Well, we didn't make Christmas, New Year's, or Valentine's Day.

St. Patrick's Day coming up before too long .... sure would be nice to sit down with a nice pint (not green) and peruse some new features of a certain new program, wouldn't it?

(Barring that, maybe International Jugglers' Day - April 18th?)
