I am getting a number of false positives for Mal/Dorf-A in our distributed VDS4 and 5 generated .EXE files. I have sent Sophos examples and they have acknowleged the error and released new signature files. BUT this morning I have started getting more 'infected' messages for files that were created several years ago including the french VDS4 SETUP.EXE!

Is anyone else here getting false positives for VDS 4 or 5 generated EXEs? Is it only Sophos?

Not getting any false positives from AVG

Try submitting samples to www.virustotal.com. That will tell you what other anti-virus scanners are reporting.
