Hi,

Early last month, I purchased two copies of VDS 6.0 Professional. My license key was sent to me in a compressed file which was attached to an E-Mail message. However, my Internet Service Provider stripped the .ZIP attachment from the message.

I've sent several messages to Visual Dialogscript requesting that the license key be re-sent to another E-Mail address or. since the ZIP file contains a text file, include the contents of the file in an E-Mail message and I'll copy the info to the VDSKey.txt file.

I've also posted similar messages on the VDS support web page.

I have not received a reply.

If anyone has a reliable contact E-Mail address for someone at VDS, I would greatly appreciate knowing it. If you have an E-Mail addess for the CEO of VDS, please provide it to me.

I've used VDS for years. However, I'm frankly surprised by the current owner's apparent willingness to accept payment for software, but fails to respond when asked for support.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I cant give out email addresses but I have sent the ceo of CR an email asking for him to contact you and get this resolved.

I believe you can login to dialogscript.com and retrieve your key from the website directly as well.
