Shouldn't be too hard. Add a check box dialog element to your program and then check for the status of it before executing those 2 lines.

Something like

Code:
  rem Checkbox named chkbox
  if @null(@dlgtext(chkbox))
    rem Not checked: run those lines
    info BLA-BLA
    info BLA-BLA2
  end
