I am thinking of doing a Mailing List program. something similar to:

http://www.arclab.com - Mailing List Controller.

Is this possible maybe using vdsipp.dll ???

That should be possible. I think that you should make a program that checks for new E-mails, and if there is a new E-mail, what the text is. And for the personal E-mails: use a script that replaces variables with the names of the receivers...
